Valentine’s Day Decorating

I did a little Valentine’s Day decorating in our dining room using things I already had laying around. I love the simplicity of it.

Our last name begins with a “K” – it would be cute using an X and O as well. Those sweater vases were from Crate and Barrel last year. LOVE them.

 Do you decorate for Valentine’s Day? I know it’s just a “Hallmark holiday” but I just love it. XO, mLinking Up:

 2012 was such an amazing year but also had it’s hard times – my hubby was in the hospital and had his gallbladder removed over our 6 year anniversary in June and if you look back to my June + July I kinda want to pat myself on the back. I also have a full time job aside from this little business and being a mom. (Oh, and I blog contribute for A to Zebra Celebrations and 30 Handmade Days) It was a not-so-fun few months but still full of so much joy. Life is so hard sometimes but I’m so very thankful for every second of it. No pity party here. Just thankful for every second. XO, m

Cami’s Big Girl Room {Wall Art}

I had so much fun decorating Cami’s big girl room this Summer! I’m in LOVE with wall art collages and knew I wanted to create a fun little space in her room. I love how it turned out and to be honest I didn’t lay it out or anything beforehand, just started hammering in some nails and went from there. Haha.
