It’s a BOY! My mother-in-law and I threw this baby blue + white Baby Shower for her niece/my cousin. My mother-in-law picked the colors, and did 95% of the planning and did such a great job. I’m in love with the baby rattle she made using fake flowers and pins. SO cute. We set it on top of the diaper cake I made for a fun centerpiece. She also spray painted twigs that she stuck in the white vases and added some paper birds for a fun and elegant touch. She also decorated using tissue fans and poms from Polka Dot Market. I made the “It’s a Boy” banner that hung from the sweets table.
The sweets table consisted of cupcakes from Sweet Dreams, cookies made by my talented friend, Ann, cake pops from Lillycakes and chocolate covered pretzels that my mother-in-law made.
My husband made the above baseball sign for the Operation Shower event last year so he just changed the colors around and I ordered this adorable printable sign to hang from the bat from Hostess with the Mostess. The Daddy-to-be is a big baseball fan and the colors of their room are navy and green so it will go perfectly in his new room.
Love how this turned out – she did such a great job! Congratulations to Rachel + Russ. We are SO excited to meet Baby W!!! XO, m

This is a great baby shower. I love the tissue paper pom poms and pinwheels together. I have not made pinwheels before, but I should give this a go as it has an awesome effect 🙂
