Buffalo Chicken Dip
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup hot wing sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1 ΒΌ cups shredded pepper jack cheese
1 chive diced
Serve using Tortilla or Pita Chips

Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly spray a 1-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, wing sauce, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix, stirring until smooth. Fold in chicken and cheese. Transfer to prepared casserole dish. Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until heated through and bubbling. Garnish with a few chives after baking. Serve warm with tortilla or pita chips. Enjoy!! π
