I’ve been super busy with invitations this past week and with Cami’s 1st Birthday Party next weekend, I feel a bit overwhelmed but what else is new 🙂 I really don’t want to give away anything but couldn’t help but upload this “sneak peak” pic of just a few things to give you an idea of Cami’s party. I did a lot of the things myself but a few things I didn’t have time for and quite honestly can’t even do them as cheap as I got them on Etsy. Seriously, best site ever. The custom “Princess Cami” hat in the pic I actually ordered online last year but I’m currently making DIY party hats for everyone else…they are turning out pretty cute for my first stab at it….so unnecessary, I know, but I love it.

As for invites, currently working on a rush order of 225. Long story but here’s a short version of the brides dilemna: Bride bought boxed set of printable invites from local store; found invites online she liked so ordered those instead; received invites and they weren’t what they expected and had many spelling errors; decided to take boxed sets she originally bought back to store b/c she couldn’t get them to print correctly and decided to order her invites thru me…BUT it was over their 60 day return policy and didn’t want store credit for that much $, so here’s where I saved the day, well kinda. I redesigned the wording, etc. in my program and will print on the sets they got from the store and assemble them too. Very nice people to work with and I feel so bad for their situation….not something you want to be dealing with when the invites should be mailed next week! I’m just glad I can help! 🙂
